A Faulty Chromosome – Love Goes Home to Paris in the Spring

A nice cover version of one of my favourite titled songs, the Magnetic Fields’ Love Goes Home to Paris (original video below), by Texans A Faulty Chromosome. There can be no better description of their sound than: “a fuzzy mess of tremolo, hand-claps, 8-bit blips, water-damaged Mister Rogers records, mashed Casio chords and drum machine’d beats,” on their last.fm profile. AFC’S debut album, as an ex-anorexic’s six sicks exit, can be downloaded for free from their MySpace and the group have a  live session that just appeared on Daytrotter.
