The Shackles – Broken Arm

It’s the energy and naivety, the disregard for prodution particularities that makes this pure fun. You may have to overlook the midi-like keyboard bass to let that guitar line/melody take over. The Shackles are a power-pop quartet who play house parties around Seattle and have a 7″ out on Sweet Rot records (Meth Teeh, Blank Dogs). They also have even catchier songs on their MySpace.
